Refund Policy

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Peptiva Research Labs LLC, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of research chemicals and the strict quality control measures we implement, all sales made by Peptiva Research Labs LLC are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been shipped.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@peptivaresearchlabs.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item. We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement product or store credit.

3. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please allow 24–48 hours as packages are occasionally pre-scanned before final delivery. If the package is still missing, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate. Peptiva Research Labs LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

4. Incorrect Address

Peptiva Research Labs LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to reroute packages once they have been handed off to the carrier.

5. Refund Process

In the event that a refund is approved at our sole discretion, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

6. Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit in lieu of a refund. Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value. It will be applied to your account and can be used on future orders with Peptiva Research Labs LLC.
