  • •Carriers used: USPS, UPS, and FedEx — selected based on destination and package.
  • •Free standard shipping on all orders over $200.
  • •Orders under $200 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Packaging

  • •All products are packaged to maintain integrity during transit.
  • •Lyophilized peptides are shipped in sealed vials within insulated packaging when required.
  • •Orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging.

Tracking

  • •A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.
  • •You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website using the provided number.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Peptiva Research Labs LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We are unable to reroute packages once they have been handed off to the carrier.
