We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
7. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of research chemicals, we do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@peptivaresearchlabs.com with photographic evidence. We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
